Feel your heart open to the flow of love.

Heart Yoga

I have been practicing Yoga for many years and in 2019 I felt a calling to deep myself even more, so I joined the teachers training course on ‘Heart Yoga’ in UK.
It is my intention to share this gentle and nurturing practice to all my clients so they can enjoy a happier and heathier life.
We can add 30 minutes or 1 hour of Heart Yoga practice to your Tantra session prior to the massage.
Heart Yoga is a way of bringing yoga into every area of life and living in the heart – a very practical way of bringing heaven to earth.
Using the traditional yogic tools of hatha yoga, meditation & philosophy, it is a path of love and service through self-development and direct experience of the Real.
The Yoga physical Hatha Yoga practice is based on the Rishikesh Sequence, following in the footsteps of Integral Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Divine Life Yoga, etc . This sequence is based on ancient yogic science, knowledge and principles, which are still vibrantly alive and relevant for us today.
Yoga may improve sexual performance in both men and women.
A Research has been published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine that suggests practicing yoga for an hour a day increases pelvic and abdominal muscle tone, which can improve stamina and performance. They also found that yoga calms the mind and stabilizes the autonomic nervous system, which can decrease anxiety, allowing for a more satisfying, relaxed time in bed.

Health is your Birthright

(By Sri Swami Satchidananda)

Hatha Yoga is not just for athletes or for young people.

It is written in the ancient Yoga scriptures: “Anyone who practices Yoga properly and sincerely becomes a siddha – an accomplished one- young or old, weak or strong, or even very elderly or sickly. From prince to peasant, child to grandparent, ailing to robust – all can practice there Yoga postures and get maximum benefit”.

Health is your birthright, not disease; strength your heritage, not weakness; courage, not fear; bliss, not sorrow; peace, not restlessness; knowledge, not ignorance.

The person with health and strength of body, soundness of mind, with morality and spirit is a real gem among all humanity. Such a one possesses the true treasure

Try this yourself

(By Sri Swami Satchidananda)

The aim behind all the Hatha Yoga postures is to be able to sit in one steady,

comfortable position for meditation. It is only in a steady posture that you can have a good meditation.

A body filled with toxins, weak muscles and jumpy nerves will not be able to stay quiet for any length of time.

But the Hatha Yoga postures eliminate the toxins and give strength and steadiness.

When the body is healthy and supple, you can easily sit with the mind still and peaceful.

As you begin to control the body and its movements, that control will carry over to the mind.

Try this yourself. Any time the mind is agitated, just sit quietly, not moving at all.

Let the mind be as agitated as it wants. If your body is still, very soon the mind will calm down all by itself.

Why? Because when there is no physical movement,

the breath becomes slow, and the breath is the interconnection between mind and body.

As the breath slows, the thought-making process slows down and the mind becomes calm.

The asanas or postures help to train the mind.

Without purity of body, its very difficult to purify the mind. Learn to live a natural life.

First be physically at ease, and mental peace will follow.

Live in a way that makes your body light, healthy and more supple.

Then when you sit for meditation, you won’t feel aches and

pains and spend your time meditating on them.

Sri Swami Satchidananda was one of the first Yoga Masters to bring the classical Yoga Tradition to the West.

I have been reading and learning his wisdom and spiritual insight.

His teachings and spirit guide us toward a life of peace, both individual and universal.
